Welcome to SecondRing, an AI phone receptionist service operated by South Bend IT Services LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
SecondRing answers calls forwarded to your assigned number, helps callers, takes messages, books appointments, and sends you summaries. You're responsible for configuring call-forwarding on your own phone line and for the accuracy of the business information you provide.
You agree not to use SecondRing for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes, and to comply with all applicable laws including telemarketing and call-recording regulations in your jurisdiction.
SecondRing may record and transcribe calls so you can review them. You are responsible for ensuring callers are notified and that recording complies with the laws of your state (some require two-party consent).
Paid plans bill monthly or annually as selected. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
The service is provided "as is." AI responses may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing messages and following up with callers. We are not liable for missed calls, AI mistakes, or third-party outages.
