South Bend IT Services LLC operates SecondRing. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Account info (name, email), your business details, and call data we handle on your behalf — caller phone numbers, recordings, transcripts, and summaries. We process payment through a third-party processor and do not store full card numbers.
To answer your calls, show you summaries and contacts, improve your agent's responses, and operate and bill the service. We use third-party providers (telephony, speech-to-text, AI, text-to-speech) solely to deliver the service.
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run SecondRing, or when required by law.
You can access, export, or delete your data, and close your account at any time. Email [email protected].
If you enable text notifications or two-way SMS, message and data rates may apply, and we handle phone numbers per applicable regulations (TCPA). Recordings are retained so you can review calls; you control retention in your settings.
